I had a smart phone and the got the new iphone. I love the iphone; maybe because I had an ipad first, so their is not too much difference. I think the Iphone is so much quicker and has so many more apps to choose from. I can let kids play with my iphone. With my old phone it did not take much to lock it up. It locked up all the time.

I saw one of the phones which is made in China.
I didn’t buy it...
Why would I buy something I don’t need, which is made in China?
Just asking. Why?

I have had the same experience as you. Had an android that I thought was awesome. Fiddled with it all the time. Then I got an ipad and it was just so tight and fun that I found myself only using my phone to make and take calls (funny - since I suppose that is the purpose of a phone). When the IT guy at work said he could get me an iphone I jumped at the chance and I completely dig it. Competes with my ipad for attention.
I really did not want to like Apple products. I always thought of them as computers for stupid people and volvo driving vegetarian lesbians. But the ipad won me over and the iphone has kept me there.
I even switched to a MacBook Pro. I like it better than my old dell in every way but one - Excel for Mac sucks and I am an Excel junkie. I have gotten it to work alright but sometimes I wonder if it is worth the hassle.
