Same here, although I did watch it about 10 years ago.
My opinion: Nothing memorable.
When inmates are in charge of inmates the state has relinquished it’s authority over convicted felons. I would offer that each state’s constitution places these convicted felons as wards of that state, and the duty to provide a certain humane environment flows therefrom.
