Yeah, sure. When you rear-end someone, there’s a 99.9% chance you screwed up.

Maybe it did. She ran into the rear of a DUMP TRUCK.
With her history I’d say she probably DID screw up, but the blanket statement about rear ending 18 wheelers I don’t think applies.
I’m always scared to pass the things, they’ve come over without seeing me many times. And my parked car was once totalled by one making a turn around a corner - the driver didn’t even see he was dragging it until two blocks later.
