Her ad was an invitation to pay money for sex (which I believe is awfully close to the dictionary definition of prostitution). Her neighbors complained. An undercover cop investigated. You do know what that means, right? When an undercover, plainclothes cop investigates in this context, he is acting like a john to see what she does (you know, investigating). She offered up sex for money (solicitiation/prostitution), and got busted for it.
How do you possibly get entrapment out of this?
