That is not a problem with my position, it is a problem with the libtard laws. However, veterans are not included in the anti-discriminatory laws.

She may possibly have opened herself up to a lawsuit, on what ground I don’t know, by stating that was why she wouldn’t rent to him, but as i said, I don’t like her reason, but I support her right to rent to whom she wishes.

She was the fool by telling him why she wouldn’t rent to him, so she is obviously not savvy enough to understand one can rent to whom they wish as long as they use the proper wording.

This is how it should be handled. Make sure the other tenets and neighbors know what the landlord is doing.

I don’t see a case here, he never submitted an application. The soldier does have a voicemail from her stating her moonbat position but if he never applied she couldn’t officially deny.

I still don’t see if she’s an on premises landlord or not, that makes a difference in MA(or at least it did)
She was stupid in expressing her reasoning for him to go somewhere else, as a Landlord in MA you have to walk a fine line....so far I have not come across a LGBT Cross-dressing applicant - if I do you can bet I won’t be leaving any voicemails.:>)
