they also get fat because of the way they prepare food....from my experience (my college roommate was black, i’ve been to the projects in NYC 1000’s of times) many black people fry foods in cooking oil (rarely olive oil) to the point the food they are cooking (chicken, etc) is literally floating in the pan there’s so much oil (versus baking the chicken)....mind as well spoon the Crisco directly into your mouth...
My great grandfather ate crisco sandwiches(two pieces of toast with cold crisco between them) and he looked like a concentration camp survivor his whole life.
