I’d fake a heart attack or epileptic seizure.Back in the '50s we were on a NYC subway when my kid brother put an Alka-Seltzer in his mouth and fell on the floor, twitching, moaning and frothing. It was like Moses and the Red Sea - EVERYBODY moved away and many got off at the next stop.
I got off too and left him to explain his way out of it.
