King has said he's "losing his shirt" on his radio stations including the prog talker (with some sports content). He could run Rush etc and make lots of money but he's a big lib.

Enjoyed audiobook of his 11-22-63. Stick to writing, Stevie.

REDRUM!!!

So a SPORTSreporter and another SPORTSreporter were doing their SPORTS show on a station that stopped doing sports months ago. Got it.

The Obama depression must be wrecking havoc with his portfolio.

Pingarooni, former King fan!

He was a great writer when he simply wrote to entertain. Take a hint Stevie, your Constant Readers feel the same as your (former) Constant Listeners!

King's 11-22-63 is his some of his bet work. For me his last few Novels were just not up to snuff. "Under the Dome" was contrived and "Cell" was lackluster (Cellphone Zombies? Seriously Steve-o...?)

But 11-22-63 was awesome. I grew up in the 60s and his prose that dealt with the South in the 60's hit the mark with me. Felt like I was back there living it!

Fifteen minutes later, Duff and LaBree were told they were out of their jobs immediately.

Fire them immediately??? Gee, Stephen. That doesn't sound too "progressive" of you. It sounds more like something that one of those evil Bain Capital excutives would do.

King is a borderline communist...when WZON used to carry Rush Limbaugh; King purchased the station and changed the format, just to silence Rush. Natch, another station picked up Rush immediately...that same station continues to broadcast Limbaugh to this very day, while ZON stumbles around in the Twilight Zone.

Another lib proves that libs can’t run even a small business. Why in the world do voters think putting them in charge of running the country is a good idea?

Over the past 17 years, WZON has won numerous Associated Press and Maine Association of Broadcasters first-place awards for individual announcing and overall station excellence. The station won back-to-back AP Station of the Year awards in 2002-2003.

There's a sure sign you're doing something wrong...
