Nope.
But I did rip out the drywall on the stairwell.
Hubby wasn’t overjoyed about that.
Oh well.
That’s what he gets for leaving me in the house alone.

The most amazing part of this story to me is - that somewhere in America, new building is taking place.

Had a thought: Plumbers have those cameras that can go into pipes. Might be useful for checking hard-to-see places.

Had another thought: Check the web bios of university biology profs until you find one who specializes in herps. Call or email him/her for advice.

Have you looked behind the blinds or curtains up on the sill? I lost a rat snake in the house once and that's where I found him, finally, after looking everywhere else. It was warm and that's what he was attracted to.
You could also put a heating pad or pads set to low or medium out for him in a dark corner. He might be attracted to that.

It really makes me feel good that tough, maybe even burly, construction guys care enough about life to tear out installed work to save a cat. May God smile upon them.

This will be the biggest story on the web. Everyone knows that the internet was designed to promote teh kittehs.

Check out these homeless kittens that, according to a UGRA official, swam across the Guadalupe River to get to some kids in Louise Hays Park. The three kittens were rescued and taken to Kerr County Animal Shelter where they now are awaiting +a home.

I wanted to cry when I saw the pic. So glad they were rescued.

I’ll go put down newspapers...
[...for the kitten, of course.]

The internet is a series of tubes.
Those tubes contain cats.
