I know Palin’s endorsement didn’t hurt but i am convinced most of it was Cruz being willing to travel our state over and over for the lst 15 months speaking anywhere and to anyone who would listen.
he attended over 38 debates ( along with some other good candidates nut never Dewhurst)
those who heard him speak were impressed and energized. His grassroots Cruz Crew, got out there and knocked on doors hung flyers made calls
and Ted was there encouraging and thanksing us.
We all feel WE did it and we will work even harder for the run off
I know Palins endorsement didnt hurt

Actually RW, Cruz said himself that it helped...BIG!
Palin’s nod wasn’t the only factor, but it was a big factor and Cruz says it himself.
Gov. Palins Endorsement Pivotal in Campaign Transformations
Cruz harkened back to Mourdocks Indiana victory. The 36-year entrenched incumbent moderate was 10 points ahead in the poll. Gov. Palin endorsed the conservative challenger, Richard Mourdock, and Mourdock didnt just win! He won by 21 points! That is a staggering impact. There is no doubt that Gov. Palins endorsement was the pivotal moment in that transformation.
Moving to the Nebraska race, Cruz said, Deb Fischer was in third place behind the establishment candidate with all the money. Gov. Palin endorsed Fischer and this week she won outright. Again, Gov. Palins endorsement turned that race upside down.

Cruz: “Her (Palin’s) impact has been electric”.
I walked two precincts for Deb Fischer’s campaign in Nebraska and I saw firsthand what Palin’s endorsement did. It went from polite poker faces to a much more receptive attitude. As though a light switch got clicked, it propelled Deb’s last-minute momentum and added gasoline to the fire!
