You sadly suffer from “know it all syndrome” , like many here. It most certainly is Not like hypnotic TM meditation which gets you lost into your thoughts even more. This is the real BE Still admonition that is in the bible. I am sorry you cannot seem to see that. O well.

yeah, just because I studied 11 years of medicine and worked for 40 years as a doc doesn’t mean I know anything about hypnosis, cancer, or quacks preying on patients.
