Sorry but he has it, may not fit your agenda but Romney is the nominee.
Now, it wouldn't suprise me to see another mid-stream rule change, but he has to have the right number of undisputed delegates, and they do have to vote at the convention before he gets the nomination.
None of that has happened yet.
