What I don’t get is why nobody asks her if the single drop of blood rule should apply in affirmative action for Indians? Blacks? Hispanics (other than George Zimmerman)?

When would she consider someone to be abusing affirmative action by making a claim that can’t be demonstrated (or observed)?

What did she think about Ward Connerly getting fired?

Would it ever be appropriate to charge someone who appeared to be a race imposter with fraud?

Etc.

I believe you mean Ward Churchill not “Connerly??? Colorado Prof. they are like two peas in a pod. He lied about Indian blood and plagiarized art paintings, she lied about Indian blood and plagiarized a cook book. “Pow Wow Chow”.

These things aren’t hypothetical. It’s a federal crime to forge a Certificate of Degree of Indian Blood. As to to how much is required, that varies from tribe to tribe. The Navajo for example require that you be at least 1/4. A BIA grant also requires 1/4.
