Nah. None of you should be paying her any attention. You wouldn't care in the least what my daughter blogged about. Sarah's daughter should be no different. Then I guess youre on the wrong thread.
I mean, you're completely free to agonize over Bristol's trials and tribulations, but why?
If we were talking about "Meghan McCains blatherings, or even those of Ronald P. Reagan, you would have a point. In a similar vein, you could say, Why worry about George Zimmerman? Because the odds are pretty good that, as a Democrat, he has advocated some foolish liberal" policies in the past. It wouldnt even shock me to learn that, sometime in the past, some Republican had gotten into difficulty with the PC police, and Zimmerman had been cheerleading the lynch mob.ButSo I see no reason to eschew discussion of her blogging. Any more than I see a reason to ignore you, just because youre not Thomas Sowell.
- Bristol is talking sense, and talking from her own experience. And,
- Like Zimmerman (if on a lesser scale), she is under attack by the PC police.
What kind of an analogy is that? I wouldn't give two cents to read his scribblings, either. But I certainly don't want to see him go to jail for trumped-up, politically-motivated charges.
For that matter, I wouldn't want Meghan or Bristol to suffer that fate. Now, I'm not saying Bristol Palin isn't right on this or other issues. I just don't understand why grown adults would pay her any attention.
Is it because of her mother? I love her mother; her mother has accomplished a lot. When Bristol's actually straightened out her life and accomplished something, anything, I'll give her a listen.
