LOL! What a scam. I guess it’s a ‘book about nothing’— kind of like a Seinfeld episode.
I wonder how many 91 year old alcoholics live in Solano County?
I know where Amelia Earhart is......but you'll never get it outta me!
If this was real, there would be genuine interest from several law enforcement agencies.
I vividly recall the Zodiac Killer. My sister and myself were just kids then (and living far, far from San Francisco) but his threat to kill a school bus full of kids had us scared so badly that my mother had to fabricate a story about him being killed by the police to get us to calm down.
The author claims that he and other law enforcement officers, ... investigated the suspect in the early 1970s but were frustrated by "power brokers" in Solano County who stymied their efforts and, he alleges, protected the killer.

I loved the modern movie. As long as you dont expect an action movie, its really good.
But just like this story, you still feel a little empty inside that they never found the actual killer. Even though they hinted that they did.
I think they had the guy in custody once but didn’t connect the dots. And I believe that guy died.

BS warning sign #1

BS warning sign #2
Sounds like one of the many cold fusion, solar cell, cancer, diabetes breakthrough announcements.
Alcoholics rarely make it to 91.
Based on my 18+ years of sobriety, almost daily meetings, I observe the end is late 40s to early 50s.
I’ve observed all my old drinking buddies, die by their mid 50s.
That even applies to some that got sober....to late to avoid liver damage.
:’) Yeah, lots of serial killers give it up after a couple of years and retire to a rural area, living to age 91 without ever killing again. They’re really afraid of getting caught. :’D
