Montana commissioner Monica Lindeen's office said it is highly uncommon to file felony charges — with an arrest warrant — against an insurance company

That right there is a major American problem. Felony charges with arrest warrants should be commonplace throughout the land for white collar crime. Give these pasty-faced bastards some hard time. We'd have one helluva lot less corruption a year later.

I agree. Ours is a capitalist system in which performing per contract is crucial. Breaches of trust (fraud, ponzi scams, etc.) should rate some prison time.
