In January 2012, a family complained after Wheeler shot their dog while he was on a chain inside their garage. Wheeler had responded to the wrong address. This guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. I suggest 2 X 4's.

Clearly it didn’t take him long to transfer animal cruelty to cruelty against people.
I hope that the baby will continue to be all right and no long term health problems will manifest themselves as a result of the kick.
