Do you think I could use Yogurt instead of the cottage cheese?
Real yogurt, like Lebanese?
I believe, personally, that live yogurt would be an improvement. The cottage cheese is for emulsification of the flax oil, and to supply MSM and CLA, both of which are also in the yogurt if it is from whole milk, not skim.
The Budwig purists do not agree with me :o)
