His excuse was pure BS. He drove her right into the wall and I can guarantee you that his spotter was telling him outside, outside. If he blew the RF tire, he would never have kept if off the wall in the tri-oval or even on a straight, and more importantly, made the turn one transition. He knew what he did and I also have to say she was wrong to make that move after the race was over. There is a lot of races still to come and justice is best served when not expected in racing.
Mike Helton most assuredly is going to meet with them and both will feel the sting of his words. It is just we will not hear about it this time. Now the next, if there is one, will be made a public smackdown.
