Most 1000+ CC Crotch Rockets, like the one below, with the right chip will do 150+ easily.

Wow! (Bad if they’re potholes, unless a 170mph bike just flies over them? I’m far too “chicken” to ever find out, ha!)

I own that bike. 1/4 mile in 10 seconds @ 145 mph. So that’s zero to 145 in ten seconds.

I’m still breaking it in.

Heck, it doesn’t even need to be a “crotch rocket”. Yamaha’s FJR1300, a sport “tourer” with shaft drive will do 150.

My brother had the Suzuki version of that bike: GSXR1100.

We simply called it “The Antichrist” because it was impossible to drive the thing at legal speed. Just driving at my comfort level, I watched a “SPEED LIMIT 30” sign flash by and looked down to see 90MPH on the speedo. But, DAYUM, that machine was fun.

Bro got rid of it - never told me how many tickets he got.

BTW, neither of us were “kids” at the time; I was pushing 50 (pushing hard) and he was well into his 40s.
