Obama’s just taking the Constitution out for its sesquicentennial maintenance...
Obama and his administration are firm believers in the Constitution... er, at least in the 5th Ammendment, They invoke it all the time.
And the real tragedy of it all is that Congress sits on the sidelines in a fetal position.
And they want us to re-elect them? For what?
