It’s his bar so he gets to determine who is pretty enough to dance on it. If she doesn’t like it, she can find a bar that will let her dance on it.

Correct, the guy can have who ever he wants dance on his bar, in violation of dozen of food safety laws/regulations if he wants, it’s his bar.
I agree who would want to dance on a bar, even sadder is these girls/young women/older women go to bars and get (or to get) drunk.
