Their management was sooo inept they ruined a monopoly. But golly-gee-whiz, the workforce sure was diverse.

IBM and Kodak are polar opposites in regard to recent corporate history.
IBM successfully reinvented itself in response to the threat of technological change, while Kodak was too slow to adapt and therefore is in Chapter 11.
