Yeh they have to keep the gene pool small so nobody gets smart enough to figure out that Islam is a cult/scam.
I think it’s a cultural thing having to do with power and property, because the cousin-marriage happens with Middle Eastern and South Asian Christians, too ... with the same dire genetic results.
