They sell tiger prawns in the grocery store, and yes, they are tasty.

They are very good and eaten all over Southeast Asia. Steamed with butter to dip them in is excellent. A couple of curry dishes are the ticket if you like hot. They seem to catch all different varieties of shrimp as well as “farmed” shrimp. Fish sauce is made from fermented shrimp but I don’t know the size.

The Cajuns will figure out how to make them taste great. That will control the population. This Alabama boy loves that Cajun cooking!
