Last summer I saw a great horned owl make a low pass over my Jack Russell. Just getting a better look I guess.
At 22 lbs. i hope my Jack Russell is to fat to cart away.:)

Mine is only 12 or 15 lbs but I'm not worried about him being carried off. Most predatory birds don't have much lifting power but they could still seriously injure or kill a small dog.
