I've gotten to where if I'm with someone, and I see a meteor, I don't even say anything. It's a waste of time. By the time they look in the direction the meteor was in, it's gone.(99.9% of the time)PS: Beautiful pic, as always.

The longest streak I ever saw was actually from my kitchen window when Hubby and I were living in northern California.
It was just before dawn, and the burning meteor appeared and streaked across nearly the entire sky before winking out near the horizon. My field of view of the sky, from a hilltop, was nearly 180o.
