Probably the same reason why they allow people to elect the President of the United States without showing a photo ID but they won’t sell you a pack of smokes without one. And they elected a president that has never shown a valid id...no real BC probably means no real ID either. We are past the edge people...Road Runner and Wile E Coyote come to mind... USofA is about to get some gravity lessons.
