Tom Smith is a Democrat, only recently converting to a Reublican. He sounds like a wus in the ads. Welch was hand picked by Gleason and is a RINO at best. He openly admitted that he voted for Obama and gave money to Sleeztax on the radio the other morning. The later was as a protest to Curt Weldon, which I don't get.

Scaringi and Rohrer are the most conservative candidates.

John Maher has been running a lot of ads on talk radio. He does not sound super articulate and in a 30 second ad he says he's a CPA like 5 times. I don't have much info on Pinto, other than he is a long time conservative and has been involved in a number of Republican campaigns in the past. I'm leaning towards Pinto.

I voted Rohrer and my wife voted Smith. I really wanted to back one or the other but it was unclear to us which one had the momentum.

We voted Pinto - a solid conservative whom a friend mine knows personally. I don't know much about the other guy except that he was endorsed by both the Republican party and the Inquirer. That was enough for me to stay away.

I have to say, the more I read about Scaringi and listen to him speak, the more I like him. It doesn’t sound like he’s a favorite to win today’s primary though.
