Down 0-9 in the sixth. Up 10-1 in the eighth.
That's what I'm talkin' about.

Yankees fans booed Tim Tebow, Bosox fans booed Obama. The first part I get. The second indicates that perhaps birds will fly north in the fall.

as long as there’s three innings left, anything could happen. I ain’t gloating. (am i?)

It was 9-8 when I left the house a few minutes ago.
I really don’t like the Yankees.

Yankees fans booed Tim Tebow, Bosox fans booed Obama. Bosox fans voted for Mitt Romney and Teddy Kennedy, too. But none of this things makes affects my schadenfreude when things go bad for Boston sports teams.

Bobby Valentine will be gone by the end of May at the latest. Hiring Valentine was a bad move for that team; firing Tito Francona was an even dumber move.

Nothing like being a Red Six-hating Ranger fan trapped in New England. First the Rangers humiliate the Sux 18-3; then the lose their 100th Anniversary game to the despised Yankees; now they blow a NINE-RUN lead and are now behind NY 15-9.
Sweet. (At least the Rangers were able to hang on to beat the Tigers after getting out to a 9-run lead.)

c) yankees.

Butt-smooching ESPN commentators will convince GM Cherington to stick with jacka** Valentine until it costs the GM’s job. Rays and Yanks should rejoice that it will take the Red Sox five years to recover from the Valentine debacle.

The crowd showed what they think of Valentine today. Long time since I saw a manager booed like that.

To: kingu
i meant 3 outs, not "3 innings". Oy. I'm leaving this thread.
Yankeeeeeeeeees Wiiiiiin!
To: the invisib1e hand
Screw the Red Sox and the Yankees, they are both so last century.
This Century belongs to your Texas Rangers!!!
Best record in all of Baseball. :)
