It says they've disposed of elk this way. Animals die and rot. Its nature.

It is not natural for six or more cows to be frozen solid inside a mountain cabin. They also have cows frozen outside the cabin. What I don’t understand is the worry about using trucks.

rangers are worried about using trucks in a wilderness area, where the government bars permanent improvements and tries to preserve the natural habitat.
