I have been looking for a way to include my licensed Word into my posts. I am somewhat of a computer noob, and a definate noob here (2008). Any help is appreciated.
This is purely a selfish attempt to make my replies/posts more 'colorful'. I really don't like the HTML concept.
Thanks

Save your Word doc as HTML, then copy/paste.
Frankly, it’d be easier to learn HTML.

Frankly I’d be more impressed by what you have to say than how you present it. Plain text is fine for most purposes.

Frontpage was so completely awful. It wrote bad code.

Go to
Copy the examples of HTML script that produce the effects on a webpage that you like to a Word document and save it to a file.
Then when you decide that you wish to use them in a post you need only copy them to another word document, insert your text in place of the example text, and then copy the completed post in HTML form to the post block and youre done.
I keep a scratch pad HTML word document open on my computer whenever I am on FR.

Plain text is the beauty of this board. I don’t even read the ones that put their posts in boxes or post pictures of cats and such with every post.

OK then, we'll get right on to the job of redesigning the internet because you want to use a proprietary document format to display your posts.

Keep it simple and stay on message.
I'm sick of web pages where my bandwidth is consumed by megabytes of snazzy pictures for every bit of actual information.
I'd make an exception for cute kittens, those "Not Guilty" pictures and when the image is essential to the story.
I'm also weary of Microsoft tools, they sometimes produce web pages that can only be viewed with Internet Explorer version whatever-you-have + 1.
