Bottom line you don’t like STBX or Pete’s don’t go there.
Bottom line: You chose to promote a product of a godless, liberal corporate behemoth. I chose the product of conservative, Christian, local folks who make what is to me a better product than the crap you’re pimping.

I think that many coffee roasters roast to the second crack. That brings out the flavor and grows the bean size quite a bit. Never heard of roasting to a third crack. Don’t think there is one.
