I am largely with you when ordering on the road, BUT, I do like to expand that to ‘make that a red-eye’ or, ‘a double shot in the dark’.

You and I could be friends. I miss having my espresso machine hooked up. I temporarily had it placed at another shop with the agreement they would buy my coffee. Their specialty was cakes and they didn’t do the coffee part well. I know have it in my shop. I could hook that bad boy up until I find a new home for it. :-)
It is a twin Nova Simonelli Aurelia. The same model that was used in the 2009 Barista Championship.
Ok, I love espresso more than the Aeoropress, but it is close between the two... and the press is a lot cheaper, easier to clean/maintain, and uses less electricity. :-)
