Happened to a friend of mine, who stopped to help an injured animal. Wild animals bite when wounded. Don't do what this woman did, or face rabies treatment as a precaution, as my friend did.

Decades ago I saw a motorcyclist down who was hurting. There was a cop there and all he could do was say “keep your hands off of me, pig”. I just felt sorry for her - she’s trying to comfort the idiot, and has to deal with that.
