I know what you mean. Last year there was a truly funny sitcom on the air for a while. Ousourced was about an American grad who gets a job running a call centre in India. It disappeared after about a dozen episodes. I've concluded that the good shows go nowhere because the people who would appreciate them have given up on TV.
