Make it an easily collected cash bounty, and post about it on the Georgia Outdoor News fishing forums and you would probably have guys vacationing in MD looking to come out ahead on the bounty.
It looks like the freshwater fishing, fly fishing and invasive species forums are locked. I’ll have to look into it later.
