I can't take it, FOX slammed Santorum andpraised Romney again. Who writes their stuff?!!

April 5, 2012

I was listening to FOX News (Haaah!) on the radio this morning and they announced Santorum was taking four days off from the campaign, then they announced...proclaimed, Romney on the other hand is hard at work in Pennsylvania.

It was so biased...excuse me...we have Good Friday and it is Easter this weekend.

We have two conservative justices in their mid 70s, and Thomas is in his late sixties. Also, Ginsburg and Breyer are in their seventies. The next president is likely to shape the court for a century. Barack Obama cannot possibly place 2-3 more radicals on the court, or we are finished. Not to mention the 15 trillion dollar debt. Romney will sign balanced budget amendments and Paul Ryan’s bills. Obama won’t.

What a fascinating news story, well sourced and intriguing.

Definitely not “chat” material, oh no.

I believe it was Churchill who said of Atlee “He is like a soft cushion who bears the impression of whoever sat on him last.” Romney is like that. The only reason he is sounding Conservative now is that he is being sat upon by Conservatives.

The big question is, who will be doing the sitting should he secure the nomination?

Yep. Food Channel here too. You usually can’t go wrong. No political statements, just food, storage lockers, people pawning their interesting stuff.

I heard it too. They did not "proclaim" anything.

They reported the facts. They reported the truth Do you have a problems with facts and truth?

Just because you do not like the news, do not slay the messenger.

Well, FR features a tidal wave of ‘resistance [to Romney] is futile’ and the trashing of Santorum, even after the site swore enmity to Mitt. Giving up FR?

What issue is so important? We've lost every major decision of importance over the last 50 years. Affirmative Action and Rove v. Wade being 2 prime examples. There's not much else at risk.

What a shame it would be if Romney destroys the Republican Party. Who’s to say that the Romney run is the RINO’s last stand and defeating Romeny ends the RINO madness/movement?

“Food Channel here too. You usually can’t go wrong. No political statements”

I quit watching the Food Network when they did a very obvious close up with enhanced lighting on Ted Allen’s wedding ring from his gay marriage partner. It was painfully obvious they were making a statement. It was the last straw for me with them constantly and blatantly pushing their gay agenda. Rachael Ray over the years has been transformed from a wholesome, average American girl to a racy, party girl. Giada has gone from a serious, thoughtful chef, to giggly girl. I’ve lost respect for Alton Brown for tacitly approving their agenda by continuing to do programing with them. I do have a soft spot for Guy Fieri because he seems to try to avoid controversy and he is a UNLV alumnus, but I’m not giving FN my support just for him. I used to love FN, but I can’t stomach it any more.

Bobby Flay seems like a decent guy. Tyler (what’s his name) looks like the kind of guy you’d want next door.

I understand where you guys are coming from. It sucks. I am angry that this rich RINO keeps barging into the GOP and screwing up our nominating process and has now managed to install himself as our nominee.

I get all that. I hate Romney, and all he stands for. He is the very embodiment of all that is wrong with this country. He is the person I would want least, of all the people in the country, to be President of the United States.

Least of all, except one.

And doubly so, now that Barack Obama will be facing his “last election”. If you think he was bad in his first term, just imagine what he has in store once he has a little more “flexibility”...

Sorry, guys. I know Romney sucks. I also know that I will back him up to the hilt. Obama sucks more, and that is all that matters anymore.

I can see a negative remark because of difference in politics but your personal remark is unkind. I am new to Free Republic. Think about what you say to people, would you humblegunner.

A person’s “intellect” is not tops with God.

Why, why, why is this happening? I pray God will intervene,
two pro-aborts is not a choice at all.

I am sick of voting for the “lessor of two evils.” It’s not
something you can fall back on, it’s obvious, Romney = Obama.

It is likely that we have very little difference in politics.

Posting your opinions or observations as "News" is where we differ.

Because they aren't. Fortunately this thread has been moved to "Chat".. where it belongs.

I am new to Free Republic.

Perhaps you might want to learn more about it before posting opinions as "News" then.

Think about what you say to people, would you humblegunner.

I'll get right on that.

A person’s “intellect” is not tops with God.

You speak for Him? Is that why your opinions qualify as "News"?

You need to calm down, Charlie, and see how things work around here
before posting threads that consist of your own thoughts.

Cheers.
