I can't believe they'd make a character this conservative without always being lampooned and humiliated. I have never watched Parks and Recreation until just recently on Netflix. This guy is a hoot.

Yes, I just started watching the show.
At the end of the 2nd season, they shut down the Pawnee government, Swanson is overjoyed!
He cannot believe is involved in slashing the government!
