I actually saw a video on YouTube in which they were performing male-to-female genital reassignment. What they do to the penis is beyond comprehension. It is really “F”-ed up. Really. There is no doubt in my mind that this is a mental illness.

Well something good has come out of these surgeries. 1500 men have lost their genitals entirely or had them severely damaged in Iraq and Afghanistan and the military has enlisted the gender changing docs to perform surgery on these guys to help repair their wounds as they had the most experience.

It really is amazing what they can do.

I know they can construct a penis from a skin graft taken from the arm. I really hope the doctors can help these men.
