60%- 80% payback rate is way low. You will not find a machine in the US and Canada that pays less than 85%. The typical payback range for games is 85% - 98%. In North America, Nevada regs are pretty much standard with some variations. The largest regulatory bodies are Nevada and Gaming Laboratories International(GLI). I have never seen a game that pays less than 85%. As someone that designs games for international markets, I am curious what game you claim pays 60%.
