Yes the incident isn't mentioned but I'll bet it will be referenced in the MSM later as proof the substituted nuggets in NC were better than what the parents supplied.
Whether the Bon Apatite Magazine nugget is better or not is moot. It probably is, but that what the NC schools were supplying?
How could the MSM cite the fact that Bon Appetite magazine published an article with a "better" nugget as proof that the substituted nuggets were better? If anything, it could be cited to show how bad the substituted nuggets were (since the school nuggets are a lot closer to the "before" nugget than to Bon Appetit's "healthier" nugget).
Besides, when have you ever seen the MSM reference a food magazine recipe column as proof of anything??
Whether the magazine's proposal is better or not makes little difference. Most people (I think) read it as a justification of the NC incident.
I could be and probably am wrong but I still don't like it.
Heck this week I'm going to make my version of Skyline Chili so I'm obviously no gourmet...hehehehe.
