I think the far more likely scenario is that these goofballs continue to more of an embarassment than the Administration envisioned when they created them.

As the incidents pile up, the Obama Justice Department will start cracking their heads. It will allow them to shut it down, while simultaneously letting Holder look "law and order" which always helps with the moderates.

I think the guy wearing the anti-baton basketball helmet is reading the same tea leaves as me. Cracking their collective heads won't make them any stupider, and what are they going to do, vote Republican?!
