I understand completely. Paul is the only one who understands the evils of central banking. Unfortunately, he is pretty much a fool on all other accounts that are critical at the presidential level.
And we have to be realistic. Even if a third-party candidate could win the WH (very doubtful), the two teams of the two-party system would suddenly unite like never before to ensure that the third-party candidate could get nothing done and that no other third-party candidate would ever win again.
In other words, for a Paul type anti-Federal Reserve/central banker to win and for that candidate to be able to carry out the agenda necessary to destroy the Fed, we would need not only a WH, but a three-way split in both houses with that new third being of similar ideology.
I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
As others, I’m torn like never before with this coming election.
if Palin and Paul faction can merge. Our force would be much larger for a 3rd party run. Palin represent the anti-corruption/crony, anti-establishment wing of Conservatives while Paul represent the anti-Fed Liberatarian wing
