You obviously misinterpret my meaning so I'll give it one more try... I hate pornography, too. It is our culture that is failing. Our Constitution is supported by our culture and, therefore, not at all.
I agree. The Culture has deteriorated to the point where a Constitution is relatively meaningless. As John Adams said:
Because we have no government, armed with power, capable of contending with human passions, unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge and licentiousness would break the strongest cords of our Constitution, as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.
He (Adams) was great during the revolution but was a disaster as a president. He packed the federal courts after his loss to Jefferson...he gave us both Marbury and Marshall.
