If the ocean rose 35 feet all at once lots of people would be in trouble. If it rose 50 feet there'd be even more. 200 feet and WOW!

On the other hand the essence of this story is that everybody else has to do something so 23,000 rich property owners with seafront lots can set their shoes out at night so as to not track sand inside.

Plus, all those 1%'ers are too stupid to move uphill in case of flooding.

Sure, we believe that ~ sure!

The oceans around the world used to be about 20 to 30 feet higher about 6,000 or 7,000 years ago at the height of the Holocene interglacial warming.
