Blaming the owner instead of the pit bull when it rips some innocent persons head off.It's the owner's fault for not controlling the animal.

It's the owner's fault for not controlling the animal. I see women walking pit bulls in my town...when it sees a cat, small dog or a small child; she will NOT be able to 'control' the animal. Pit bulls should NOT be walked around residential neighborhoods...keep them inside or in a secure pen.
