There is a bend along a cliff that is called Dead Horse Turn, named after a horse that fell over the 900 foot cliff during the gold mining era.
It is hilarious to drive, especially when other cars come by. I always stop and get out. Exhilarating.
Nothing like it. A road you could easily drive off. I hope that the State never widens it. It is like going back into time.
