I disagree. It was broken for 3 years and people just walked up that hill, especially the Pershing Square office drones. It’s made for tourists. Might as well pay the 50 cents which is the cost for the Dash bus that back in 2007 was 25 cents and there are Dash buses that go up the hill not from Hill St but from 5th.
