“It should NEVER be a “get out of paying a fine/serving time” judgment”
So, if a person has Down’s syndrome and does something like this, they should go to jail?
Would a person who had down’s syndrome be using mentally incapacitated as an excuse to get out of paying a fine/serving time judgment?
Or are you pretending not to know the difference between established, documented mental illness and using mental illness as an excuse to avoid legal consequences for one’s actions?
